Dave has been involved in Twin Cities residential real estate since 2008 with a focus on high-end luxury homes in many of the metro area’s most desirable neighborhoods. In particular, Dave has extensive experience with new construction and can offer knowledgeable insight about new construction options and land opportunities. Prior to joining Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty, Dave spent his career in corporate development and investment banking roles providing merger, acquisition, fundraising, strategic advice to a variety of corporate clients.

Dave brings the same focus and creative problem solving to his residential real estate clients today that served his corporate and business clients well. Defining clear objectives and designing the right strategies are key elements in successful execution. Dave has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate business degree from the University of Notre Dame. Dave lives in Edina with his wife and three children.
