Artfully marketing homes with cutting edge technology and utilizing his lifetime knowledge of Lake Minnetonka area is what sets Paul apart in the real estate industry. In 2012, Paul became licensed as a real estate agent and his business quickly achieved successful results in the industry as a direct result his commitment to integrity and exceeding client expectations. Referring to the phrase from a world renown sales agent he states, “no deal is as important as my reputation.” Those eight words guide him in each real estate transaction. In-line with the Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty brand of tradition and innovation, Paul never wavers from his values and providing exceptional service. His philosophy in real estate is that the individual is most important; when that is properly aligned everything else falls into place.
As a lifelong resident of Lake Minnetonka, born in Cottagewood, Paul grew up enjoying the lake and being an avid tennis player at the local 'Wheaton' tennis courts. As one of seven children, Paul learned from an early age how create win-win environments while staying competitive. Paul moved to Excelsior in the mid-80s and to this day has yet to call another place home. Playing competitive tennis brought Paul from Minnetonka High School out to Pepperdine University in Southern California for college. During and after that time, he continued to work on and around Lake Minnetonka enjoying everything from piloting charter boats to working for local marketing companies.
Outside of real estate Paul spends his time with his wife, Chrissy, and their two children. With both of their extended families living around the lake, they stay very active on and off the water in the Lake Minnetonka community and volunteering at local charitable organizations.
