You could rightly say real estate is in Jeff’s blood. Being a second-generation Realtor, he remembers being in his parent’s real estate office as a child, paging through MLS phonebooks to see what new listings had become available. 

But despite being born and raised around selling houses, it’s not the buildings he’s focused on. Rather, it’s the people that matter the most to him.

That’s because Jeff modestly recognizes that Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty would never have achieved such success if it wasn’t for the remarkable people that he gets to work with each and every day. 

You might think of his success with Lakes Sotheby's International Realty as a math equation: take Jeff’s locomotive-like energy and pair that with the energy he receives from working with other talented, passionate professionals and you end up with tremendous momentum. That momentum continues to build as he fosters a spirit among the team of going above and beyond in everything they do, while making sure everyone feels truly valued on a personal level. 

All of that energy and momentum culminates in great strength for his and Olivia’s many endeavors: their portfolio of apartment buildings in Minnesota, the title company they own, but especially Lakes Sotheby's International Realty. This is evident by where it is today: an agency whose growth has no end in sight, rising above thousands of other agencies to number 81 for real estate sales in the entire country.

But no matter what accolades or achievements it receives, one thing will always prove true for Jeff: it’s the people that matter the most.
