Olivia Hornig has led the financial structure of Lakes Sotheby's International Realty since its inception in 2008. In the winter of 2015, Olivia and Jeff purchased Sotheby's International brokerages in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As the Financial Director, Olivia's attention to detail and diligence ensures that all three brokerages remain strong, viable, and poised for continued growth.

Olivia attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Financial Management and then obtained her Minnesota Real Estate License in 2001. For many years she sold homes as part of a husband and wife team attending to her work as an apartment investor and owner, all of which lent to her knowledge f Multi-Family Investments and 1031 Exchange transactions. 

Olivia grew up in Minnesota and now resides in Edina, MN with her husband, and two children.
