Nick Rosenberg's passion for real estate started at a young age. Growing up in a real estate family, he often joined his mother on her real estate ventures. After purchasing, renovating and selling a grand old home during his college years, Nick knew he had found his calling in the real estate world.

Starting his career in the mortgage industry, then shifting to residential real estate, Nick also branched out into property management, leasing management, association management and commercial real estate. This rich industry experience offers his clients access to a vast knowledge and understanding of the real estate world with first-hand experience.

For the past 18 years, Nick has assisted numerous clients and real estate professionals alike. His eye for detail and candid approach ensure all those he represents are receiving the superior service they deserve. 

Nick was raised by a Swedish mother and Finnish father, and tries to return to the Motherland as often as possible to visit his extended family there. Nick is fluent in Swedish and also served in the Finnish military.  In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and son by enjoying the best Minnesota has to offer including boating, fishing, camping and exploring.
