Joe Wahl has been a licensed Realtor® in Minnesota specializing in Southwest Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs since 2002. He is a lifetime resident of Southwest Minneapolis, giving him exceptional neighborhood knowledge and genuine homeowner insight about the Twin Cities market.
Joe and his wife, Anne Shaeffer, were two of the first agents recruited to join Lakes Sotheby’s in 2006 and are regularly ranked in the top 2% nationally in real estate sales volume. Joe prides himself on providing the highest level of service to his clientele. He does this by maintaining superior market knowledge, knowing the exact needs of his buyers and sellers, providing innovative marketing strategies and having strong negotiating skills.
Joe has consistently been named a "Super Real Estate Agent" by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly, a title designated to less than 5% of all licensed real estate agents in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region.
Joe attended the University of Minnesota on an Evans Scholarship, earned while caddying at the Minikahda Club in Minneapolis and worked as a golf professional for 10 years following college. He and Anne reside in Linden Hills and love spending time taking advantage of the myriad of bike trails, paddle boarding, golfing or just hanging out near the lakes.
