It’s certainly oversimplifying to say, but selling, finding and creating homes for people is Beth’s passion. Prior to joining Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty, Beth operated her own company, Cottage Home Designs, LLC which provides clients with design, remodeling and/or building expertise. In 2014, Beth decided to further expand her business to include a real estate license in order to provide her clients with a more comprehensive experience - from buying or selling their home, to designing or remodeling, as needed.
A graduate of St. Thomas University, with an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Beth worked previously in the reinsurance industry, both at Benfield Blanch, and as Senior Vice President with BMS Group.
The key to her success is exceeding your expectations by listening carefully to your wants, needs and budget; by providing open and consistent communications; and by providing the support and expertise you need throughout the process (no matter what your experience level is in real estate). Beth prides herself on achieving your satisfaction.
In her spare time, she can be found at the gym, working on home projects (she is always changing and/or updating something in her 100+ year old Wayzata home), or on the golf course.
